Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Important Notice
We strictly accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions only:
- Item is damaged
- Item is not working
- Item is defective
- Wrong item received
Return or exchange is not possible for any other reason, including change of mind, wrong selection or ordering error. Return or exchange is strictly not possible on sale items.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused and unworn with original tags, in its original packaging, along with receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, not working or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at officialpowerworld@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, contact us at officialpowerworld@gmail.com with your order details and proof of damage such as photos or video. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the returned item, process your exchange and dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
